Spring into Summer Fitness
Get ready to spring into your summer body! Starting Monday April 2nd, Shakira will be leading an exercise class, Monday through Friday at 6am in the Delany building! The program will follow a weekly regime, beginning with cardio on Mondays, working the core on Tuesdays, transitioning to legs on Wednesdays and moving to work arms on Thursdays, before finally finishing the week with another bout of cardio on Fridays! The program will begin at 6 am sharp every Monday -Friday, and we hope to see you there!
