Library News & Updates

Knitting & Crocheting Club

In honor of March being National Craft Month, the library is starting up a knit/crochet group! If you like to work with yarn, or want to learn the basics, come to the library every Friday from 3-5pm! We’ll have yarn and hooks and needles for people to use.
We’ll be meeting downstairs at the tables/couch in the YA section, hope to see you there!
Thanks to the Friends of the Library for providing the funding for this repeated event.

The background features a close-up photo of a colorful crocheted blanket in pastel pink, blue, yellow, and white. At the top, on a mint green background, is an illustration of a person with curly hair wearing an orange sweater, sitting cross-legged and knitting a multicolored scarf with a ball of yarn beside them. The heading reads "Knit or Crochet with us!" On a pink banner below, text reads: "Try for the first time, improve your skills, or share your expertise!" A white box with a gold border displays "Every Friday, 3–5pm" with an illustration of knitting needles and a ball of yarn. A circular badge reads "All skill levels welcome!" alongside an illustration of a black cat tangled in red yarn. The Columbia County Library logo appears at the bottom left.
