On April 21st and April 22nd, the Friends of the Dayton Memorial Library held the first of their two yearly used book sales. And it was a GREAT SUCCESS thanks to all the folks that stopped by and purchased books by the inch. The Friends of the Library work hard to raise funds for YOUR library. Funds that we use to produce programs in our community. The proceeds from this book sale will help to fund one of our upcoming summer events, ‘STAR PARTY – A Night Under the Stars’ on July 21st. Our Friends of the Library welcome newcomers and meet the 3rd Wednesday of     each month at 4pm here in the Library. They also ALWAYS can use help at library events.
